Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) is provided by CapTel North Carolina for those who have a hearing loss to actively participate in conference calls, virtual meetings or webinars while reading captions on an internet-connected laptop or mobile device! Participants with hearing loss also can have the option of either speaking or typing to communicate with the other attendees.
